Here in the United States we’re celebrating Thanksgiving this week — time to shine a light on all the things we’re grateful for as the season rolls around again.
This year all of you out there reading this are topping my list.
You, the people who have supported my writing this year.
Thank You!
You’ve commented, sent emails, dropped by my Facebook page to post something there, and bought my This Day’s Joy and Finding This Day’s Joy books.
Truly, I’ve been overwhelmed by your kindness in responding to the words I string together.
So this Thanksgiving as the day unfolds in front of you, please know how grateful I am for all of you.
You’ve made a difference. You matter.
That’s why I’d like to invite you on a holiday journey with me.
Starting next week I’ll be launching a six-week long series that will end on January 1st, 2019.
The series is called Savor One Season, SOS for short, and I’ll be talking about ways to savor this holiday season — redefine and reframe it — to make the holidays fit with who you are right now at this time in your life.
I’ll have ideas for paring down the frenzy and, instead, working to create a warm and cozy holiday for you and the ones you love.
I hope you’ll join me!
